Advance Adapter
The GM 4L80E adapter to the Jeep NP241 is 2.75" in length. Adapter material is 356 T-6 heat treated aluminum alloy. The adapter has a provision for a transmission mount. The adapter kit includes an adapter housing, new NP241 input with 32 spline, reluctor ring, sensor, and fastening hardware and adapter instructions.
Transfer Case
The adapter assembly will fit any 2007-18 Jeep JK 241 2.72 low range that was used only with the 6 speed manual transmission. And CANNOT be used the Rubicon 4:1 transfer cases and NP241 that was used with the NAG1 Automatics.
Transmission
The adapter kit is designed for the GM 4L80E 4WD or the 4L80E with the 6-1/2” slip yoke output shaft.
