INSTALLATION NOTES:

This kit is designed to fit the 1996-2003 GM NV4500 transmission. A new transmission may be ordered from your local

GM Dealer under P/N 12572800.

Remove the stock tailhousing and install the new adapter housing provided in this kit. Refer to the 50-0206 Instruction

Sheet.
