INSTALLATION NOTES:

This kit is designed to fit the GM NV4500 transmission. A new transmission may be ordered from your local GM Dealer

under P/N 12572800.

The front bearing retainer must be removed with the stock input shaft. Install the new GM style input shaft provided. The

bearing retainer must be modified as listed on the 712576 Instruction Sheet.

Remove the stock tailhousing and install the new adapter housing provided in this kit. Refer to the 50-0213 Instruction Sheet.
