Description

These kits are for the retrofit of the AX15 transmission in place of the stock AX5 transmission in 4 cylinder equipped Jeep Wranglers.

Jeep YJ Wrangler wih 4 Cylinder, & NP207 Transfercase
Option 1 (P/N 27-AX15A)	This kit is for use when replacing the factory equipped AX5 5 speed manual transmission with the heavier duty AX15 5 speed transmission that was used with the 4.0L high output engines. This kit comes with the parts necessary to make the change over as easy as possible. Please note that this option is for early model wranglers that had the NP207 transfercases.

This kit comes with the parts necessary to make the change over as easy as possible. Please note that this option is for Wrangler vehicles that have the AX5 with the "Internal style Slave Cylinder & Release bearing Combo.
